Sections of the UIS portal that do not require authorization
If you have an invoice issued in the Commercial Department, or its number, the invoice can be paid online with a payment card without a personal visit to the bank. There is no need for authorization on the UIS Portal. Payments are made on the Gazprombank payment page. After a successful transaction, a notification about a successful payment and a fiscal receipt will be sent to the specified e-mail address or to the corporate mail address.
If you know the number of the study or accommodation agreement, or any invoice number that was issued under this agreement, you can independently issue an invoice without a visit to the Commercial Department. There is no need for authorization on the UIS Portal. The printed invoice will be sent to the corporate email address.
A number of services provided in RUDN can be paid for under the accession agreement without filling out the contract form itself. All accession agreements are approved in the prescribed manner by the order of the Rector. The most common type is payments for participation in conferences and other events. To pay, you must enter the offer number or select the required service from the list. For each offer, an agreement is presented in the form of a file.
