How to register a Campus card

Centrally: upon admission, on the basis of the order of enrollment for education decree.

Individually: by appealling to the tutor at the faculty.

In case of difficulties with the issue of the card, contact the Accountancy at reception hours: building 4, Miklukho-Maklaya str, 9, left wing, 2nd floor.

How to get a Campus card

Centrally: at the University.

Individually: at PJSC Sberbank branch number 1041: Miklukho-Maklaya str, 17, Moscow; at the additional office of Gazprombank No. 099/1038 - Michurinsky Ave., 7, Moscow.

Safety rules!

Do not give the card to another person.
Store the PIN code separately from the card.
Do not enter the PIN when working on the Internet.

If the "Campus card" is lost, you need to:

  • BLOCK THE CARD

    Sberbank campus card:

    call 8 800 555 55 50 or 900 and leave an application for re-issue with the operator or contact any subdivision of Sberbank

    Gasprombank campus card:

    call 8 800 100 00 89 or 8 800 100 07 01 and leave an application for re-issue with the operator or contact any subdivision of Gasprombank
  • GET TEMPORARY PASS
    write an application to the RUDN University MFC;
    pay for a temporary pass in the souvenir and gift shop of the RUDN University main building;
    receive a temporary pass in the RUDN University MFC.
  • RECEIVE THE RE-ISSUED “RUDN-UNIVERSITY CAMPUS CARD"

    Additional office of GPB AO No. 099/1038 (Gazprombank) – Michurinsky ave, 7, Moscow.
  • Service activation

    After receiving the re-issued Campus card apply to the RUDN University MFC to activate the University services.

If you already have a MIR bank card of Sberbank or Gasprombank this card can serve exclusively to receive all cash payments from the University, for this:

  • It is necessary to contact the office of Sberbank or Gasprombank and request the details of the personal account.

  • With the requisites and passport apply to the RUDN Accountancy to receive all cash payments from the University.

If you were late to issue a bank card before the stipend is paid you need to apply to the cashier on the days of the payment of scholarships!

You can get Information about the specific days of payment of scholarships by the cashier by tutor for extracurricular work.

ATTENTION!

After a payroll of a stipend you have only 3 days to receive money from the cashier. 1 day from 2 pm to 5 pm; 2 and 3 days from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm; Lunch time from 1.00pm to 2.00 pm.
