The digital key (RUDN ID) consists of a login, which is an e-mail address, and a password specified during registration.
There are two types of digital keys:
Guest key — your personal email or phone number, for example, myemail@mail.ru, is used as a login; a password is the password that was specified at enrollment. Guest key is used at the stage of enrollment in RUDN University, for access to Personal Account and Mobile Application with limited rights.
Corporate key — the corporate mail in the domain rudn.ru is used as a login, for example 1230000000@rudn.ru; a password is the password set during the registration. It is used to log in to corporate services, such as: Personal Account and mobile application, TUIS, library website, etc.
Initial registration in RUDN ID (guest account)
If you don't have access to corporate mail and you have just entered RUDN University, you need to register in RUDN ID to get access to RUDN University services.
For registration the following information will be required:
- Personal phone number.
- Personal email.
- Passport details.
Registration Procedures:

Go to the RUDN Personal Account website lk.rudn.ru and click “Login with RUDN ID”.

Click on the link “Create an account with RUDN ID”.

Enter your phone number and click “Confirm”. You will receive an SMS with a 6-digit numeric code, which you must enter to confirm your number.

Enter your personal e-mail (Attention! Do not use e-mail in the University domain pfur.ru or rudn.ru). After entering e-mail, click “Confirm”. A message with a 6-digit numeric code will be sent to the specified e-mail address, which must be entered to confirm the mailing address.

Enter the series and number of your passport.

Enter your Surname, First Name and Patronymic (if available) in Russian.

Enter your date of birth.

To continue registration, you need to read and agree to the processing of personal data, then click on the “Continue” button.

In the window that appears, enter and remember your password, then click on the “Continue” button.

Initial registration is complete, now you have a guest account. To use it, when logging in, select authorization using RUDN ID, enter the email or phone number specified during initial registration and a password.
