Electronic Student Record Book

The Electronic Student Record Book stores records of the results of assessments (interim and state final) of students in all educational programs.

Electronic Student Record Book is an informative, user-friendly and reliable digital tool for students and teachers.

Electronic student record book helps:

avoid mistakes when teachers fill in the credit book,
pass the assessment without a “record book”,
provide quick access to information regardless of the student's location,
eliminate the risk of losing the student's record book.

“Electronic student record book” section is available at RUDN Personal Account for every student enrolled in RUDN on a budgetary or contract basis, regardless of the form of study (full-time, part-time, extramural). After a lecturer makes a grade in the electronic grade report, the data will be displayed in electronic student record book within 3 days.

Where to find Electronic Student Record Book

Electronic student record book is available to the student at RUDN personal account (lk.rudn.ru) and RUDN University mobile application (available on iOS and Android). Authorization in RUDN Personal Account and in the mobile application is done via RUDN ID.

What information is available to a student in Electronic Student Record Book

Results of current assessments, research works and practices. These data appear in electronic student record book within 3 days after a teacher fills in an electronic academic assessment record.

All grades, including unsatisfactory grades. After the elimination of academic arrears unsatisfactory grade is changed to a positive one.

Information on all previously mastered disciplines/practices/research works, as well as on those disciplines that have been passed.

What to do in case an error is detected in Electronic Student Record Book

If a student notices an error, that there is a discrepancy between the grading results in the electronic student record book and the information available to them, they should report it by email to the educational unit administration.
