Who are Tutors

At each faculty there are several tutors on academic work, responsible for one or several areas of training.

The work of the tutor accompanies the educational process "from A to Z":

You can find the tutors' working hours in the Dean's Office/Directorate. Most tutors work from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. and pause for lunch from 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. A department in a higher education institution implies a pool of teachers of various specialties and qualifications who carry out both teaching and research in a field of science. It implies teaching staff who train prospective students to become graduates with a degree. It is primary employment for the teaching staff. Any educational program of RUDN University is assigned to the graduate department. Students will actively cooperate with the department's teaching staff, including preparing their qualification paper (thesis). It is possible to choose a department in some programs. As usual it happens on the third or fourth year of bachelor's studies. More detailed information can be specified with your tutor of the faculty/institute/academy/school.
